“We were really hesitant and worried about calling. We didn't need to be! Michael was our advisor and he was absolutely brilliant. He went through everything with us and advised on all the options available to us, clearly explaining all the pros and cons to help us get the right plan for us. Everything was very quick from there and our plan was set up within a couple of days. We were kept up to date daily and every question we had was answered swiftly. “I finally reached out for the help which I had been putting off for too long about all the debts I had accumulated. The form was more straight forward than I thought it would be. David was my advisor who kindly explained the whole process to me and answered all my questions . Excellent communication at all times , excellent service . Plan put in place within a day or 2. “I'm so happy I contacted Scotland Debt Solutions because I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off me. I built up so much debt and tried various places to get a debt consolidation loan but it wasn't working. Michael was friendly and approachable from the first conversation. He was so helpful at every stage and brilliant at explaining all the options and making sure I had the right info to feel comfortable making a decision. I'm someone who always has a ton of questions and wants to be really sure I have the full picture to feel confident, and he was always happy to answer absolutely everything and reassure. Now I have a good plan to pay off what I can manage to pay off and I can stop going more in to debt and spiralling more out of control. Obviously I wish I never got to this situation in the first place but I feel I can trust Michael/ SDS in helping me make things better. Thank you!”

“I was really nervous and embarrassed contacting Scotland Debt Solutions but David made the whole process pain free and made me feel very comfortable. “I was really worried about my financial situation before calling Scotland Debt. I was drowning in debt and constantly worrying. The first person I spoke to made me feel at ease at talked me through my debt and what the next steps would be. I then got out through to David who made me realise that the situation I was in wasn’t as bad and could me managed. There was no judgment and any question I had no matter how obvious the answer was he would explain it to me in an understandable way.”
