“I initially dealt with Chelsea via email who was really nice and friendly. A call was organised for the same night and David rang me. David took the time to listen, explain the full process and all available options. He understood my thoughts/feelings and was non judgemental. Overall he was extremely supportive, friendly and patient. After that the process moved extremely quickly and only a matter of days from speaking to getting the paperwork signed and completed. Overall from speaking to David I was very anxious and scared but he totally settled me and really lifted a weight from my shoulder.”

“I was extremely anxious to reach out for financial help but after the first few minutes of doing so I knew I had made the correct decision. The full process was very easy and my advisor could not be more helpful. One of the things I was nervous about was being judged for my situation and thay something I definitely did not feel with Scotland debt solutions. “This was the hardest thing I’ve had to do in my life so far and If I could I would give them 500 stars!!!! Not judgemental in the slightest, so down to earth, super friendly and has lifted the biggest weight off my shoulders ever! Wish I’d phoned years ago now, all sorted in one phone call, give them some info on debts etc after, sign the paperwork 3days later and that’s it🤷🏻‍♀️ I couldn’t be more grateful and thankful . Amazing at their jobs🤩”

“It’s hard taking the first step but my god do they make it so easy for you, they put my mind at ease straight away and now feel like a weights been lifted off my shoulders for the first time in years!!!!!!’ Super friendly, not judgemental in the slightest and so down to earth. “David Tannock was assigned to our case and we honestly can’t thank him enough. From his assuring messages at the start, amazing advice throughout and all the help he gave us to get started on the plan we are so very grateful. He is so easy to talk to and made talking about our debts a lot easier than anticipated! As for the plan, we didn’t even know things like this existed! After many sleepless nights and lots of stress and worrying over our debts we finally feel a massive weight has been lifted and are feeling confident about getting on top of our finances.
