“I can’t thank David Tannock enough for his help and kindness in finding a debt solution for me. I was ashamed and embarrassed of the situation I was in and I spent days trying to get the courage to make the 1st step and make the call and trust me that was the hardest part, once I made the call to David he didn’t judge made me feel at ease and comfortable to talk to him about my situation. Within 45 mins he had a solution for me. It was a Sunday evening at 7.00pm didn’t even thing I would get an answer to my call at that time. For the first time in a long time I think I will sleep well and start my week with such a weight lifted off my shoulders. If you find yourself in the same situation please make that call it’s changed my life for the better Many Thanks David”

“I've had the pleasure of dealing with Michael, and I honestly can't recommend him highly enough. From start to finish, he has been the perfect combination of professionalism and genuine kindness. When you're dealing with a company like this, it's usually because you're already going through a difficult time. Personally, I've been struggling with my mental health and dealing with a lot outside of this process as well. Michael recognised that and treated me with genuine compassion, patience, and understanding. He never made me feel like just another customer. He immediately put all of my doubts and worries to rest, making me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. After I mentioned that I'm terrible with emails, he went out of his way to call and message instead, which made such a difference and showed he genuinely cared about making things as easy as possible for me. No question was ever too big or too small, and every time I spoke to him, he was patient, approachable, and more than happy to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Michael is an absolute credit to the company. People like him genuinely make an incredibly difficult situation so much easier to cope with. His compassion, professionalism, and dedication are second to none, and I'll always be grateful for the way he supported me through such a challenging time.
