“I've had the pleasure of dealing with Michael, and I honestly can't recommend him highly enough. From start to finish, he has been the perfect combination of professionalism and genuine kindness. When you're dealing with a company like this, it's usually because you're already going through a difficult time. Personally, I've been struggling with my mental health and dealing with a lot outside of this process as well. Michael recognised that and treated me with genuine compassion, patience, and understanding. He never made me feel like just another customer. He immediately put all of my doubts and worries to rest, making me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. After I mentioned that I'm terrible with emails, he went out of his way to call and message instead, which made such a difference and showed he genuinely cared about making things as easy as possible for me. No question was ever too big or too small, and every time I spoke to him, he was patient, approachable, and more than happy to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Michael is an absolute credit to the company. People like him genuinely make an incredibly difficult situation so much easier to cope with. “This was the hardest part of my life not known what to do about debt, I have left it to go on for over 8 years. Then I eventually filled out the form and within 2 hours, Michael was on the phone. Michael has been absolutey great during my time with sds, I cant thank him enough for his support, this is not something I wanted to do, for feeling embarrassed but rest assured Michael made it so much easier for myself, and the stress he released by just explaining every detail. Honestly if anyone it nervous then don't be as they have a great team on hand to answer any question you can think of. So again Michael thank you for being an absolute star.”

“I can’t thank David Tannock enough for his help and kindness in finding a debt solution for me. I was ashamed and embarrassed of the situation I was in and I spent days trying to get the courage to make the 1st step and make the call and trust me that was the hardest part, once I made the call to David he didn’t judge made me feel at ease and comfortable to talk to him about my situation. Within 45 mins he had a solution for me. It was a Sunday evening at 7.00pm didn’t even thing I would get an answer to my call at that time. For the first time in a long time I think I will sleep well and start my week with such a weight lifted off my shoulders. “I really struggling every month I got paid by the time I paid all my loans and credit cards I barely had any money left to get to next payday I was at my wits end. I called up Scotland Debt solutions. They were all friendly and helpful and my advisor David tannok was very helpful asked me about all the debt I owed and sorted out a payment plan for me within a few weeks just one small payment a month for 4 years. It has taken so much pressure off me. If anyone is having debt problems and are not sure what to do definitely give them a call even just for advice they are very helpful friendly and will help you. I could not be happier with the service I was given thank you David and your team.”

“I called David one Friday night after I drove home crying from work as I was at my lowest and thought I would never be beat from my situation. One 40 minute call with David and I felt as though the world had been lifted off my shoulders. Felt I could speak to him about everything and anything about my life it was the easy to speak to him.
