“Michael is a credit to himself and to Scotland Debt Solutions. He is very knowledgeable on the various debt solutions available and incredibly personable and caring on the phone and through WhatsApp messages. It was a daunting thought facing my debts but he set my mind at ease instantly, was available from morning til evening for any questions or queries I had and he guided me with the utmost professionalism through the whole process. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders. It is great to feel like you have someone who is genuinely in your corner and fighting to get you on a better financial and therefore mental footing in life. “It was difficult taking the first step and contacting SDS, but right from the off David made the whole process very easy and gave me the very best advice. It was a huge weight off my mind from that first phone call. He guided me through all the processes, and I even got replies to my questions in the evening aftero get work hours. I'd recommend anyone who is having financial difficulties get on touch with them and get on the road to recovery sooner rather than later.”

“After finding ourselves being victims of a crypto scam we losted all our savings and ended us up in debt, I can honestly say, I have never been so traumtised in my entire 56 years, with anxity, stress, sleepless nights and being prescrided blood pressure medication etc. the list goes on. “I was in a panic and spiralling with the amount of debt I was in , I was getting further and further into debt and getting no where. I was worried I would need to sell my house. I was googling advice and help when I came across debt management Scotland. I called and spoke to David he spoke to me for good 40 mins and got everything set up. I now have one manageable monthly payment. And I do. It need to sell my home. I also feel better that all my creditors are getting paid back. And there is now light at the end of tunnel . “I had been struggling financially for years due to circumstances beyond my control and while trying to support my family. The tipping point came when I had maxed out my credit cards and exhausted every avenue - I could not carry on like this anymore and needed to get advice and help. I called Scotland Debt Solutions and spoke to Chelsea first who was so lovely and patient, listening to me as I explained my situation and how I had reached the end of my tether. She passed my call to David Tannock and he was amazing from the get -go. He listened, did not judge me and said they could help and he was to be my case manager /point of contact. Options were given on what could be done and we agreed not only what the plan of action or plan A was for now but also sorted out what plan B would be if plan A didn't work out. David kept reassuring me as I told him I worry alot and get anxious easily- I was told it was all going to be ok, he would help me and I was not to worry. I am usually cynical when someone says that to me as I've been misled or let down by debt advisors and others in the past, but David is genuine and honest - everything he has said he and the team would do has been done. If anyone is really struggling with debts, I would recommend that you at least call Scotland Debt Solutions and talk to David and the team for advice as that alone is a big help- having guidance from someone who really knows what they are talking about. I can't thank David and the team enough for being so patient, helpful and understanding and for showing me that there is a way out of my financial mess.”

“I was unsure of what to do when I lost one of my main sources of income and I realised that I needed to do something sooner rather than later. I contacted Scotland Debt Solutions and spoke to David on the phone. He was very knowledgable and helpful and easy to communicate with. We linked up on WhatsApp and he was available pretty much at any time, I even sent stuff in the evening and got a reply. It was a total weight off my mind and made finding and implementing my course of action really easy. The whole process didn't take very long at all and I can now get back to rebuilding my life.
