“Very disappointed with the sports cat, brackets didn't line up, cat itself seems to be either too short or welded at the wrong angle, would probably have been better off buying a cheap Chinese one for half the price”

“The fitting process took one - hour maximum. It was simple to fit. It looks amazing. This exhaust is beautifully made and fitted perfectly. Starting it up revealed a lovely deep sound, instead of the usual sewing machine noise from the standard exhaust. Out on the road, it plays a lovely tune in the midrange while shifting up through the gears. It's a great product, UK - made and excellent value for money. Why pay more for something else?”

“Reviewing the TRIUMPH TIGER 1200 GT EXPLORER 22-CURRENT Serket Parallel - The exhaust is wonderful - finally an exhaust for this lovely machine that sounds the true potential of the 1200 Triple engine. And it fits perfectly with OEM panniers, and no issues to date with over-heating of indicators or surrounding materials - just a good bit of kit! Doesnt hurt that it looks the part and keeps all the tidy straight lines of the bike (unlike some other manufacturers!). Fitting was easy, old one off new one on, can be done in the space of 15mins easily enough. Speaking pipe sound - The online videos dont do the bassy-sound justice, it really does make a big difference (not so much on volume, but rather more the note of the engine). Its idle now has a nice deep rumble, and the powerful growl the tiger already produced is now a rawr and it feels great. Also on a warmer day, there is a small over-run burble which is never a bad sound as far as I'm concerned. All in all a fantastic job - thanks Scorpion!”

“I placed my order for an exhaust for my Tiger 900 on 5 May 2023. I know when I ordered that it was “made to order”, so I expected a longer than usual delivery time. However, I don’t receive the order until 16 June 2023. The issue I have with this experience is that I had to ask for updates on the order. This is not what I would expect, it costs nothing to keep customers informed of their order. That way customers know what to expect and know that the retailer values the customer’s business. In this case I felt that I was not valued and that’s disappointing. I was considering ordering another exhaust for my other bike. But given this experience I’m reconsidering.”

“This is the second exhaust I’ve ordered from Scorpion. Whilst the products are excellent the customer is not so good. When I ordered my exhaust I know the product was made to order. Therefore I expected it to take longer that normal. However, after placing the order on 5 May I didn’t receive it until 14 June. This delay isn’t an issue on its own, what is the problem is that I had to chase scorpion for updates. The lack of updates on an expensive item like this is very disappointing. Delays can be expected, just let your customers know. It’s not difficult to keep people informed. I did consider buying another exhaust for my other bike. I don’t think I’ll be doing that now.”

“Years spent spending huge sums on Akrapovïc systems had me wondering what the quality of the Scorpion would be like. Howeve, I have to say I was positively shocked at the amazing build quality and fit. Will definitely be looking at Scorpion systems in the future.”

“The negative Communication was terrible. Tried phoning a few times but got no answer. Resorted to email. Ordered on the 5th May. Order status was 'processing' for a week so I emailed for an update on the 12th May. Received a reply on the 15th and was told the exhaust would be sent out that Thursday (18th). Emailed again on the 24th as I still hadn't received the exhaust and the order status hadn't changed from 'processing'. Had a reply apologising for the delay and advising that it would be shipped out in the next couple of days. Emailed again a week later on the 31st May and was told that it would be shipping that day. Had the despatch confirmation later that day and the exhaust was finally delivered on Friday 2nd June. The positives Really well made and easy to fit. Sounds amazing and quite surprised with the noticeable increase in speed. Looks very good on the bike.”
