I've had Scorpion exhausts on bikes & a previous MK1 Focus RS so was expecting great things for my MK3 Focus RS. It's very loud on initial start up, so I hope you have tolerant neighbours. The sound inside the cabin can be very annoying with vibrations coming through the arm rest, so my daily commute was tedious. Stuck it for three weeks. Had to go back to standard for my sanity. The system was fitted professionally by my local garage.

Ordered product was a 24 hour delivery It came late . I asked for a telephone conversation with scorpion as I am dyslexic and didn’t receive a call until the Tuesday. I had to chase the courier . Over all I am happy with the product but the communication is auful..

Bought a Scorpion Catback for my Type R and the sound is quite similar to the Oem exhaust… Spending £700 to get the same sound made me feel a bit angry…

I placed my order for an exhaust for my Tiger 900 on 5 May 2023. I know when I ordered that it was “made to order”, so I expected a longer than usual delivery time. However, I don’t receive the order until 16 June 2023. The issue I have with this experience is that I had to ask for updates on the order. This is not what I would expect, it costs nothing to keep customers informed of their order. That way customers know what to expect and know that the retailer values the customer’s business. In this case I felt that I was not valued and that’s disappointing. I was considering ordering another exhaust for my other bike. But given this experience I’m reconsidering.

This is the second exhaust I’ve ordered from Scorpion. Whilst the products are excellent the customer is not so good. When I ordered my exhaust I know the product was made to order. Therefore I expected it to take longer that normal. However, after placing the order on 5 May I didn’t receive it until 14 June. This delay isn’t an issue on its own, what is the problem is that I had to chase scorpion for updates. The lack of updates on an expensive item like this is very disappointing. Delays can be expected, just let your customers know. It’s not difficult to keep people informed. I did consider buying another exhaust for my other bike. I don’t think I’ll be doing that now.

hoi ik had een downpipe bestelt en de lever tijd wa 1 tot 5 dagen maar heb hem pas 13 dagen laater ontvangen lever tijd is viet van uit te gaan

Following the instructions to fit the exhaust the instructions said the remove the stock exhaust gasket which broke on removal. Which in turn cause the scorpion Exhaust to now rattle inside hhe exhaust port currently waiting for gaskets.

Although I supplied the correct details when I ordered db killer for my 2004 bike; when it arrived it didn't fit. I was told my exhaust 'was an old design that they no longer make and doesn't show on our web site'. Although the part supplied seemed to be of excellent quality, I've got to wonder, if it didn't show on Scorpions site, then why send the part out? The part was £30.00 plus postage of £7.00. (£37.00). I returned part to Scorpion at a postage cost of £3.29. I've been refunded £30.00, the actual cost of db killer, but as the wrong part was supplied I would have thought Scorpion would have refunded the full cost, including postage as a matter of goodwill. I bought another db killer at my local bike shop £30.00 and although the part doesn't seem as good quality as Scorpions, it took me 2 minutes to fit and works fine.

I was extremely disappointed to see a 20% off promotion running less than a month after I was told there were no deals in the near future. Also I found that the collars are far too sloppy fit to get a good seal creating a blow past the gaskets.
