“Well, I love the exhaust note of the Scorpion resonated cat back exhaust system. However, the entire installation process was delayed and unsatisfactory because there was one missing item with the delivery - part no. AD01 (Adaptor). The guys at the exhaust center had to manually weld two pipes together to create and adaptor for me (pipes made of mild steel which I was not very happy about). I'd say please ensure that all the items are included prior to dispatch to avoid customers from having such a bad experience. Regards, Norman.”

We've sold a lot of these over the past few years without any complaints so it sounds like it could just be a defect with one you've received. “Having been messed about in an absolutely atrocious manner by this Cowboy outfit, it was finally agreed that I'd return the shoddy not fit for purpose exhaust system today, 30th May, by their designated courier. Well guess what, the courier never turned up. Waited in all day today. I'm fuming. This so called exhaust company is just awful, really really awful.”

“THE £649.00 EXHAUST SYSTEM I BOUGHT FROM THIS SHAMBOLIC COMPANY IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. THEY ARE NOW IGNORING MY EMAILS. THEY CANNOT BE CONTACTED BY PHONE. I'VE SENT PICTURES OF THEIR SHODDY NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE EXHAUST. I'VE OFFERED TO VIDEO CALL THIS AWFUL COMPANY SO THEY CAN SEE FOR THEMSELVES HOW RUBBISH THEIR PRODUCTS ARE. I'VE NOW BEEN IN TOUCH WITH CITIZEN ADVICE BEREUA WHO HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY HELPFUL. THIS IS MY LATEST LETTER TO SCORPION EXHAUST: To whom it may concern. Complaint about faulty goods. I bought a full motorcycle system, supposedly to be suitable for my 2022 Yamaha MT-07, from you on 16-05-2023. I paid £649.00. I now find the goods are not fit for purpose. Namely, the exhaust does not fit as described from your website. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods you supply must be fit for purpose. As there was a problem with the goods when I bought them, I request that you give me a full refund. And supply new packaging and pre paid postage for myself to return the goods. I am using the short term right to reject. Please verify if you are a member of the ADR scheme. Needless to say, I will be updating my honest review of my shopping experience with your-selves, including adding this letter. Please respond within 7 days of receiving this email. By no later than 02-06-2023.”

“ZZR1400 Oval Red power pipes. Bracket sheared off on end can. Contacted customer service , still waiting on response. I had to buy a new bracket at £50 , seems steep when they come with lifetime guarantee. Also only needed one bracket,not fitting kit.”

“I ordered the wrong exhaust by mistake and within 5 minutes of ordering emailed twice to cancel the order before it left the warehouse, over a week later still no reply and now trying to return the exhaust and not having much luck with a response as the website states i need written agreement with the company to return within the 7 days.”
