“Had to order a new baffle for the best part of £50 because the original fell out in less than 500 miles. Never known anything like it, seems like a bit of a money making scheme,.”

Hello Guy, I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the baffle. It's certainly frustrating when a part fails unexpectedly, especially after such a short period of use. It sounds like there might have been a manufacturing defect or an installation issue with the original baffle. We do find that sometimes the baffle gets taken out to see what the sound is like without it but then isn't reinstalled correctly. Your initial enquiry was only to ask if a certain db killer would fit your silencer as yours had come out, there was no mention as to how long the exhaust had been fitted etc. Regarding the cost, I understand your concern. It can seem like a money-making scheme when you have to shell out for an unexpected replacement. However, I assure you that our aim is to provide quality products that last. If you haven't already, I'd recommend reaching out to our customer service team to discuss your situation further. They may be able to offer assistance or provide insight into why the baffle failed so quickly. We value your feedback and want to make things right for you. “After a considerable amount of market research, I purchased a Scorpion Red Power exhaust for my 765RS. The build quality and sound are both superb. The buying experience was slick and easy, with excellent customer service and attention to detail. Having damaged the exhaust end can, I contacted Martin at Scorpion, who was professional and prompt in his responses to my request for a repair. The whole process from enquiry, repair and return, was a matter of days and value for money. A refreshing change in this 'automated response' market place! I would not hesitate in recommending both their product or, the company. You will be hard pressed to find another exhaust manufacturer with this level of customer service and professionalism.”

“Very happy with the Redpower exhaust. The unit fitted up perfectly and sounds great, especially with the db Killer removed!. The only issue was that shortly after fitting the unit and a quick test ride we noticed that the red insert ring was half out of its position. I clicked the unit back in , thinking that it may not have been installed correctly when assembled in the factory. However, today we went on a 250 mile (420km) ride and when we got home the insert was not there and must have fallen out during the ride. This exhaust is fitted to my Wife's Kawasaki Ninja 1000SX and she is devastated that the ring is missing, as she thought this was the Redpower signature on the exhaust and it did make a statement when it was installed. It would be much appreciated if a replacement ring ( or possibly 2?) could be sent out to us please. Is there any special instructions for fitting? When I pushed it in the first time, it made a definite "click" and it appeared that the little lips clicked in to retain the ring, however it appears that this was not the case. Have you had this happen before? Ottherwise very happy . Thank you & Kind Regards Steve & Lisa Joy 14 Yates Court Kepnock Queensland 4670 Australia.”

“What can I say other than It’s always a pleasure to deal with Scorpion Exhausts. I recently purchased the decat pipe for my MT-10. Email scorpion at 12:15pm to see if I could collect one, email received back in 20 mins, bought and paid and picked up 2 hours later. Outstanding service, very helpful and pleasant staff. Best of all the sound is is amazing.”

“Brilliant company to deal with, Martin has been brilliant and very efficient with email replies, exhausts are really top notch I have owned mine for over a year but needed new part due to an accident, emailed Martin and first question on reply was hope your OK. Sorted part I needed and invoiced and sent within a couple of hours. Thankyou Martin and scorpion”

“I made contact to ask how long it would take for a slip on to be made. I received a reply the same day stating that it would take a few days, and if I decided to place an order, reply to the email with the order number and they would make sure they got straight on it. It was made the following day and delivered the day after that! I was blown away by the service. It took just minutes to fit, and I've never fitted one before.”
