“Great company, everything was well communicated from start to finish. Caroline was my initial contact over the phone, she was very informative and honest about the waiting times. Love my awning, looking forward to using this summer.”

“Service and work people excellent. Really organised, helpful and clean. Only problem was that your advice about need for outside electrical plugs was not accurate. We had to arrange a second visit to add another plug. Extra cost £80. Shame.”

“Recently had a 4.5m x 3.5m awning with valance supplied and fitted by Savills. Great product (Weinor) and people (Steve / Kevin). Recommed 5 stars since we are really pleased, managed to get some use out of it in September but I know its exactly what we wanted and looking forward to summer 2021! Alan PS tried to uplaod photos a few times but failed!”

“There was a fortnight’s delay because the original measurements for the spacing of the metal supports was incorrect and new metal support parts had to be ordered from Germany, so the packaging sat out in the rain on our balcony for 2 weeks! We also had a glitch in that the awning didn’t stop automatically when fully out, but came straight back in again! This was quickly resolved over the phone! During the really hot dry May weather, we have really enjoyed using the awning, and the SF 50+ material was needed. We recommended Saville’s Bristol to our friends in Worcester, and they are very pleased with theirs (see the photo in their review). So despite the less than encouraging start, we would recommend the team and the product.”

“Great addition to our home! We have strong sun to the rear of our house during the morning and afternoon. This awning has been a life saver. Build in Germany with excellent quality. Ian and his right hand man made a great job of fitting the awning and did a very tidy job.I would recommend this company. I can now sit out in the mid day sun in comfort, and not be burnt.”
