“There was a fortnight’s delay because the original measurements for the spacing of the metal supports was incorrect and new metal support parts had to be ordered from Germany, so the packaging sat out in the rain on our balcony for 2 weeks! We also had a glitch in that the awning didn’t stop automatically when fully out, but came straight back in again! This was quickly resolved over the phone! During the really hot dry May weather, we have really enjoyed using the awning, and the SF 50+ material was needed. We recommended Saville’s Bristol to our friends in Worcester, and they are very pleased with theirs (see the photo in their review). So despite the less than encouraging start, we would recommend the team and the product.”
