“I purchased a Unico AC Unit from ebay which only had a wired control we needed a remote control, I searched the internet and found that Saturn sold the new units, In an online inquiry which was answered within 30 mins, I was informed Saturn could supply a remote and they created a special link for me to purchase on the web, When I ordered I was given the option for express delivery, having paid for the remote and express delivery , I received an email acknowledgement and informed the unit had been dispatched, it arrived the following day, brand new in a box and works perfectly, Brilliant Service.”

“Just bought an air heater pump for our frame pool. John was most helpful running through everything and explained all the different parts I would need. (What with me being a complete novice in this area, I wasn't really sure what we needed!) He also kept in touch every step of the way up until delivery took place. The pool is now heated beautifully and my daughters are very happy, which also makes for happy parents! I would happily recommend the services of Saturn Sales to others. “Very helpful on the phone discussing the best choice of heat pumps for our circumstances - a Grade 2* listed property and a holiday let. Very very quick delivery - arrived, very well packaged the day after I ordered!. We still have not had time to fit these yet, but having purchased a similar (but not the same as different requirements) unit a while ago we have every confidence that all will be easy to fit and if we need back up advice we will find it here. There was a small issue with the couriers but on reporting the matter, Saturn Sales reacted promptly and professionally to put things right immediately. I should add that they were prepared to go way beyond the call of duty at their own expense which wasn't necessary, but nice to be offered such uncompromising service all the same.
