“Very helpful on the phone discussing the best choice of heat pumps for our circumstances - a Grade 2* listed property and a holiday let. Very very quick delivery - arrived, very well packaged the day after I ordered!. We still have not had time to fit these yet, but having purchased a similar (but not the same as different requirements) unit a while ago we have every confidence that all will be easy to fit and if we need back up advice we will find it here. Highly recommended to deal with Saturn Sales.”

“Saturn Sales have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They have responded promptly to all communications and been extremely helpful throughout the purchasing process. There was a small issue with the couriers but on reporting the matter, Saturn Sales reacted promptly and professionally to put things right immediately. I should add that they were prepared to go way beyond the call of duty at their own expense which wasn't necessary, but nice to be offered such uncompromising service all the same. Very very pleased, I will be returning for all future air con purchases.”

“I quickly reached a good support person when I had two technical questions during installation. The vacuum test rig arrived promptly. The notes and photos on the instructions with the test rig did not exactly match the pump I was sent but "translating" the instructions wasn't difficult.”

“The product is good - which always helps a review. The online documentation could have been updated quicker and was confused by the change in product design in some of the models - however a call to the office cleared that up. Delivery was direct from the manufacturers, and quicker than expected. My only remaining gripe was being sold a bypass kit that didn't fit UK standard pool pipes - my advice to others is to confirm all pipe dimensions before ordering. The purchase came with a case of wine - don't decide to buy because of the case, but it is nice to get a gift back.”

“I was fairly confident that I could tackle the installation job, but appreciated the technical help Saturn gave before and during the process. There were some delivery problems, partly due to my location (and partly self-inflicted by Saturn !!) but they worked to get them sorted out. Very pleased with system so far, and would recommend Saturn Sales for a friendly and comprehensive service.”
