“It is easy to say that a company is good when everything goes well, what happens when it all goes wrong is far more important. Friendly staff, dealt with the issues on my order, took forever for the courier company to get their act together but overall a positive experience.”

“I've bought two bottles of vacuum oil. All was good, except that one of the oil bottles came with a cap not fully tight, so a small amount of oil dripped into the package. It caused no issues, I just wiped the oil clean, and bottles were individually wrapped in bubblewrap, so the other bottle was okay.”
