“Sales contact was very helpful. Quickly answered my queries. Parcel arrived as scheduled. Down side; the item was shipped in its original box inside a plastic "envelope". The box had burst open within the envelope leaving its contents unprotected. Fortunately, nothing was damaged. Units installed and working AOK”

The courier used was also very good, delivered the package to inside the front door as the package was heavy. No dents on the boxes etc. The instructions were very clear.
