“A degree of honesty and customer focus one rarely encounters these days. I inquired about a Wi-Fi dongle for my ASHP. Saturn informed me that this would have been supplied with that model of heat pump and 'Did I really want one as I shouldn't need it?' We did because we had missed out on the included item years ago for a reason that does need discussing here. The dongle arrived promptly and was carefully packaged. Well done, Saturn Sales”
