This is not the first time I have ordered from this site. But this situation has discouraged me! I have been trying to resolve the delivery of my package for over a week now. My nerves are on edge, but Adam and Satura do not want to provide assistance. I consider these actions as fraudulent and have already written statements to various authorities. Essentially: 1. I ordered a product on June 30, 2025. Paid. Waiting. 
2. The package arrived with FedEx courier on July 04, 2025 3. The courier arrived at my address, rang the doorbell and I opened it. He asked me to bring my passport (which already violates the law!!!! He is not an authority and has no right to demand my documents!) I said that I was not going to show my documents to get the shampoo! The courier turned around and left with my parcel in a FedEx car!!!! 
4. Satura sent a letter that the parcel was delivered! But it's not true! 
5. I wrote a letter to Satura to have them deliver my package or refund my money. To which I was confronted with accusations against me, and a refusal to cooperate!!!! 
6. Satura attached pdf-file where it says that the parcel is delivered! No photo confirmation, video confirmation!!!! 
7. I feel cheated. I will make sure that the cheaters are punished and I get my money back.

However, it’s important to clarify the full context of this order and the support we have offered throughout: Your order (#13151) was placed on 30 June 2025 and dispatched promptly via FedEx Priority on 3 July 2025. According to FedEx’s official tracking and proof-of-delivery, the parcel was scanned as delivered to your residential address on 4 July 2025 at 17:11. We shared this documentation with you directly. You reported that the parcel was brought to your door by a FedEx courier, who requested identification. You declined to show ID, and the courier left with the parcel. While the courier confirmed delivery, we took your complaint seriously and opened a formal investigation with FedEx, which remains ongoing. You were not asked to “prove” anything, nor were you accused of wrongdoing. We explained that, to escalate this as a potential delivery dispute or fraud case, we would need either: A crime reference number from your local police, or A formal claim directly from you to FedEx, which we encouraged. We also offered a goodwill refund pending receipt of that crime reference number — something we do not typically offer when the courier confirms delivery. At every step, we’ve acted in good faith to resolve this situation responsibly — despite having incurred shipping, product, and processing costs ourselves. We regret that our efforts have not been received in the spirit intended and remain open to resolving this once the required investigation steps are completed. Kind regards, The Satura Team

Delivery takes ages. Several weeks are already gone since i bought the product

Dear Liubov. Thank you for taking the time to place a review on our website. We are disappointed that you felt this way because we track all of our items to ensure the parcels arrive in good time. Did you not receive the emails we sent explaining to you the exact position of the delivery? According to the information online the parcel was delivered yesterday (28/01/20). We hope this is the case. We are sure that you will be delighted with the product and hope that you can make full usage of your discount voucher when you next order. Regards Adam.
