“I genuinely tried to support this Australian business, but this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had.
I’ve now ordered multiple times and the items were poor quality—zippers that don’t function properly, sizing completely off, and garments that don’t match their own size charts. The second time was only because I was forced into using store credit (no refunds, which is already a red flag in Australia).
What’s worse is the customer service. Instead of taking accountability, they repeatedly pushed for my personal body measurements and implied the issue was my body or how I measured myself. It felt incredibly inappropriate, borderline body shaming, and honestly just disrespectful. No customer should have to justify their body to return a faulty product.
For the record—the dress was actually too big, and the zipper still didn’t work.
I’ve now lost money on return shipping multiple times just to go back and forth with them, and they still refuse to refund what’s left of my store credit. At this point, it’s clear they’d rather hold onto a small amount of money than provide basic customer care.
Super disappointing. I went in wanting to support a local business and walked away feeling completely ripped off and dismissed. Poor quality, worse service, and zero accountability.
I would give negative stars if it was possible, avoid this business at all costs!”
“Very disappointed in this dress. The hem looks like it’s been hacked with a pair of scissors. The sleeve seams are all twisted with half flowers poking out. Threads are coming off most of the flowers too. They say it’s handmade, this is how it is depicted on their website, that I can cut the threads off and that the zip needs to work when the dress is off and laying flat! Therefore I can’t get a refund. I won’t be shopping here again. This is the second item I’ve needed to return and now I’m stuck in the loop of paying for return, losing money and being forced into a store credit.”
