“I have only been receiving care from Safe Hands for just over 2 weeks. I have found them extremely accommodating to my personal preferences, I am extremely impressed, especially with hand overs, changing to new PAs. The new PA comes 24 hours before the current one leaves, around midday,so they see everything hands on that is required of them, instead of trying to cram everything into as little time as possible. It makes the change over so much easier & less stressful, especially for those who don't find communication easy.”

“I worked as a live in carer for Safehands. It was a pleasure working for them, they made sure my training was up to date and always checked with the client and myself during the first few days of placement to see if were both happy. I would still be working for them but I just had a baby so can no longer do live-in care. Very good company to work for.”

The office staff were very approachable and professional. They were punctual for the assessment and brought Faith a worker who was well informed and knew exactly how to care for my mother.
