About Royce Lingerie:

Royce Lingerie is the world’s only wirefree bra specialist.

They make non-wired bras for everyday comfort; for pregnant women and breast-feeding mums; for teens; for sport and for women who have had breast or chest surgery.

The company was established in 1991 and continues to be run as a family business. The first design was a nursing bra and the business has gone from strength to strength ever since with five different categories in the range today. Royce has always made bras without wires, as they provide so much comfort, whilst offering the best support and fit.

All Royce bras are designed in the UK, from the first concept all the way through to the finished garment. The bras range from a triple A through to an L cup, which requires skill and expertise to ensure the bras are supportive whilst looking great too.

After the initial design phase, sample machinists make up the garments, which are then fitted on real women for testing, to get the style and fit right. Technology has changed over the years, but the care that goes into every garment remains the same.

“Finally a company that understands how important comfort is especially for us ladies who need larger cup sizes. You can wear these bras all day, no matter what your activity & you can forget about them. No digging, slipping straps or having to pull & tug to remain comfy. I can't imagine ever buying a different brand again.”

“The material is comfortable and there are no inner seams however the zip was extremely difficult to do up even before having surgery. I will definitely need help to do it up after surgery so it won't be my go-to bra.”

“Super nice. Sits soft and lightly ferm. Keeps your bobbies snugg against your chest. No "cone" shapes or flatten your chest. I recomend going up 1 size circumference because it is abit small there. My size 36J bought 38J”

“I have worn an Enhance bra for many years . It is the best padded bra I have worn . It just enhances my bustline without looking padded or false . VERY disappointed that it has been discontinued .”

“I had bought one bra previously in John Lewis . I had amazing help from Molly Burnett who gave me suggestions for the correct size based on bras from other manufacturers. After breast cancer surgery I can only wear non wired bras - these are comfortable and supportive and pretty. Just wish there were even more colours available. Service is extremely prompt and the fact that it was easy to order two bras to get the correct size was fantastic. I will definitely buy more in future from Royce.”

“The Comfi Bra is indeed very Comfortable but where the poppers join at the front the top layer sticks out and shows through your over clothes which is ok if clothing is loose enough but looks awful with anything slightly fitted. However, very pleased with my other purchases.”

“I am happy with the quality of these bras, however, I was unhappy when I discovered they were made in China, also how the label showing this was hidden underneath a larger label with Royce on it. Before I ordered these bras, I checked your website, it said you were a UK based company and the bras were designed and tested in UK. I did complain to my MP about this misrepresentation, as there was nothing to say the bras were not also made in the UK. China has invected the world with covid 19 and still we are expected to purchase the goods they make. Another point to take note of, if all you companies in this country have their products made abroad the UK will have no jobs, just who do you think will have the money to buy your products?”

“It’s really difficult to buy bras during these Covid times and so I have appreciated the advice given by your lovely staff over the phone. Their recommendations have been great and after ordering,I received my orders very quickly. I ordered two Charlotte Comfort bras which I found to be surprisingly comfortable,in 36ff and 38f. I must be in between sizes as the 36ff was a bit snug and the 38f was too big in the back. So it’s back to the drawing board for me. Will try others as Royce have a good range of bras,which is brilliant.”

“I was looking for nonwired bras after using a well known high street brand for years, but they stopped stocking suitable bras. I found Royce and had a few questions about fit, as unable to get physical fitting due to lockdown, very helpful on phone and was able to buy 6 new bras of different types. Bit more expensive than my usual but very good quality.”
