About Royce Lingerie:

Royce Lingerie is the world’s only wirefree bra specialist.

They make non-wired bras for everyday comfort; for pregnant women and breast-feeding mums; for teens; for sport and for women who have had breast or chest surgery.

The company was established in 1991 and continues to be run as a family business. The first design was a nursing bra and the business has gone from strength to strength ever since with five different categories in the range today. Royce has always made bras without wires, as they provide so much comfort, whilst offering the best support and fit.

All Royce bras are designed in the UK, from the first concept all the way through to the finished garment. The bras range from a triple A through to an L cup, which requires skill and expertise to ensure the bras are supportive whilst looking great too.

After the initial design phase, sample machinists make up the garments, which are then fitted on real women for testing, to get the style and fit right. Technology has changed over the years, but the care that goes into every garment remains the same.

“Delighted with the bras and speed of service. My only misgiving was that though most of the packaging was recyclable paper/card, each bra was in a polythene bag. Hence 4 instead of 5 stars.”

Hiya Ann, Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, we are yet to find a solution for the plastic poly bags our bras are supplied in. Poly bags protect the bras when they are shipped from the factory to our warehouse, stored in our warehouse, and then shipped on to our customers. It’s important that the bras are protected as damaged bras simply create more waste. We have looked into alternatives for the plastic poly bags but the ones we have tested so far are not durable enough. We hope we can find a solution soon – be assured that we will make that change as soon as we can!

“As someone who cannot wear wired bras these are brilliant. I love the charlotte bra as it fits me nicely, looks good and is comfy. I always used to get Grace but with the strap adjustments being swapped around they no longer suited me hence the 4 stars. I have no problems with Charlotte”

“It is a nice Bras and I like it because it is made from Cotton. Not sure how the poppers will stay in place because I bought this Bras for wearing as a Support after Breast Surgery. It will have to be worn over the Bandages and there is no way of knowing if the poppers will support this.”

“Very happy to find a lingerie company that hates under-wired bras as much as me. I bought the Comfort bra. A good fit. Comfortable to wear. But I hate the way the top of the 4-popper section sticks out and so I can't wear the bra under a teeshirt.”

“I like Royce cotton bras very much and have worn the Grace style for years. I was pleased when the Olivia, for wearing with strappy tops, was introduced; both styles are comfortable and pretty bras, good quality high percentage cotton, non-underwired bras are hard to find I am disappointed by the Sports bra styles. The racing back is not available in a DD. The Impact Free is only available in black, no white. I don't like wearing black under white sports tops, but as a very good supporting, cotton bra I just have to buy black”

“This company returned my call regarding size very quickly and efficiently. The products were delivered in the time frame and appear to be well made, with good fabric. Unfortunately the fit of the two bras I ordered was a) not good and b) fairly uncomfortable but that is probably down to me and not Royce. Refund again was made within the timeframe and based on these facts I would recommend them to others.”

“Lovely bra to wear, but poppers are a little hard to position and fix. Takes a while. Chose this non wired bra for extreme comfort . Dissappointed only black or white. 1 other pretty colour would be nice. Very prompt service , beautifully wrapped.”

“Very comfortable and soft. The outer layer of fabric doesn’t sit smooth It is wrinkled. Therefore this shows on t shirts. Other than that very nice”
