Unfortunately as soon as I'd put my order, the project management was none existent. I had to chase and chase to get any responses at all in the run up to the show. I felt so unconfident in Rocket that I stayed on site for set up, only for them to be running 5 hours behind schedule, and have to assemble the stand after the the set-up period was closed. Then to top it all off there were issues with the stand itself - including no electricty to the sockets and no remote for the TV on the morning of the event. They requested feedback after the show, but said they could only book me in to give the feedback 4 days later... but then never called me anyway.

Dear Lexie, Noel (CEO) here. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and that we let you down on your first experience with us. This is absolutely not the standard of service we aim to deliver, and we completely understand how frustrating this must have been for you in the run-up to and during your event. Unfortunately, on the day of set-up our team was caught in a major traffic incident involving an air ambulance which caused an unavoidable and significant delay. We kept you updated as best as we could throughout the gridlock, and I personally came to see you on the day at Excel to reassure you that whatever happened, we would get the stand completed for you that evening, and I personally sent you the photographs of the stand as agreed. We fully recognise that the late arrival impacted your confidence in us and for that, we sincerely apologise. On rare occasions, things happen that are totally outside of our control but in 16 years, we have never failed to get the job done - whatever it takes. Your stand was part of our RocketLITE service, which typically requires a lighter level of project management, we completely accept that this doesn’t diminish your experience or our responsibility to deliver smoothly for you. September is peak time, and so we are aware you will have had to wait longer than usual to receive a response. We are working on this internally to better improve communications during busy times. I am not aware of the issues of the power you mentioned, so I will investigate this and respond via email, however I do acknowledge that one of our installers mistakenly took the remote away on the build but he did personally deliver it back to the stand first thing in the morning and before the show opened. Again, apologies for the inconvenience. We understand how frustrating it must have felt not to get that follow up conversation. I understand there was some confusion here and that we proposed a date. David has reached out again to get this booked in as it is very important to go though the issues you experienced in detail. We take your feedback seriously and are reviewing how we communicate around delays and follow-ups so we can prevent similar situations in the future. Once again, we’re truly sorry that your experience fell short of what you should expect from Rocket and we hope to get the opportunity to work with you again to put this right. Many thanks, Noel
I found this company very frustrating to deal with in terms of making slight alterations. After the trade show they were paid to help us take down the stand however nobody helped us

We take all customer feedback very seriously. As a fully managed service, the breakdown of the stand is included in every project and our team were there to do that for you. There are often queues to enter the hall during breakdowns so we apologise that you had to wait. This is unfortunately out of our control. I have tried to contact you to discuss the issues with your alterations. Unfortunately I couldn't get through.
