I enquired with many different companies but Rocket took the effort to understand what I wanted from the show and they were extremely accommodating, even though I kept making lots of changes! The stand looked very professional and of a great quality. They made the process really easy for me and I would not hesitate in using them again.”

“Important forms for Mack-Books were delayed from Rocket. We had to ask for them several times to get them done way too late. We didn't feel like we were taken good care of as customers. No answers to more e-mails, and we are currently still waiting for an answer. The stand was not according to agreement, and our people on site wasted a whole day waiting for the stand builders to correct the misunderstandings. Stand ended up looking fine, however with the trouble getting there it was not worth the price.”

“I found this company very frustrating to deal with in terms of making slight alterations. After the trade show they were paid to help us take down the stand however nobody helped us”

We take all customer feedback very seriously. As a fully managed service, the breakdown of the stand is included in every project and our team were there to do that for you. There are often queues to enter the hall during breakdowns so we apologise that you had to wait. This is unfortunately out of our control.
