“I found the communication to be quite good, Sharon was helpful, but the product quality was somewhat poor. Most of my pins were faulty (gaps in the enamel), I contacted Sharon about this and she arranged for more to be sent but most of them were faulty too. At that point I was put off rocket pins as I felt that the pins were of poor quality. I am considering getting back in contact about this but it may be too late and what is the solution? More faulty pins?”

While we’re pleased that you found Sharon helpful and the communication good, the quality issues you’ve described with the pins are clearly not what we would expect or want a customer to receive.
