“Atrocious, basically non-existant customer service. I am in Canada for a few weeks on vacation, and opted to order through ROAV.ca vs their US counterpart due to greater available stock. I placed my order on Sept 27, and the delivery window showed between Oct 3 and 14th, which was great, as I am leaving the country on the 15th. ROAV decided to ship the parcel with Canada Post, who was on strike... I reached out to the company numerous times over the course of the next week - via email, instagram, the website chat. I never did hear back from anyone at the company, however, they reiussed my order via UPS on Oct 3, and it finally started tracking as of today, Oct 8 showing a delivery date of October 15th, after I will have already left the country. This leaves me with no way to retrieve my package. Incredibly frustrated and disappointed. I can't even speak to the sunglasses themselves, as I will not be receiving them! Terrible, terrible customer service. Would not recommend anyone ordering from this company.”
