“Atrocious, basically non-existant customer service. I am in Canada for a few weeks on vacation, and opted to order through ROAV.ca vs their US counterpart due to greater available stock. I placed my order on Sept 27, and the delivery window showed between Oct 3 and 14th, which was great, as I am leaving the country on the 15th. ROAV decided to ship the parcel with Canada Post, who was on strike... I reached out to the company numerous times over the course of the next week - via email, instagram, the website chat. I never did hear back from anyone at the company, however, they reiussed my order via UPS on Oct 3, and it finally started tracking as of today, Oct 8 showing a delivery date of October 15th, after I will have already left the country. This leaves me with no way to retrieve my package. Incredibly frustrated and disappointed. I can't even speak to the sunglasses themselves, as I will not be receiving them! Terrible, terrible customer service. Would not recommend anyone ordering from this company.”

Only cosmetic gripe is that I wish the nose pads & arms were tucked/inset behind the frames, as they protrude inwards which I find less visually appealling especially from head on. Maybe something the design team can consider for future models? For context, I own 2 pairs: Balto and Lennox.”

“These are my favourite sunglasses for travelling.
I got super into one-bag travel and these sunglasses save a good amount of space in my bag.
They're so convenient to just slip in and out of your pocket when you need them or not. I have gotten quite a few comments on them and everyone is amazed about how small they pack down to.
On top of that, they are very durable as well. I wore them quite a bit on a five-month South America trip and they still seem almost as good as new.
I liked them so much that I recently bought a 2nd pair. The only negative is the 2nd pair doesn't seem to fold together as flat as the first pair I bought, but it still fits fine in the case. It's just not as perfect looking when folded together. But it still fits in the case fine and folds out fine, so I'm probably just nitpicking.”
