“The toy itself is great! So happy I treated myself. I was a little disappointed it didn't come with instructions. Not how to use but how to switch on and where to plug in to charge and how long to charge for. I did manage to work it all out and once I got it working it was the best fun!”

“Can’t fault delivery times and general experience of Ricky.com. The packaging on both the jiggle balls I bought said ‘for external use only’ which was confusing and made me feel uncertain about the quality of the products. However, once I expressed my concern, someone from Ricky.com got back in touch with me (really quickly!!) to reassure me that this is a translation error and that the product is completely safe for use. Really great customer service.”

“i got it 2 days later then it was supposed to come in but its really cool and easy to use the only issue im having is i cant figure out how im supposed to charge it i have the cable but i cant find the port on the egg itself.”
