“The team at Richard Saunders were always professional and extremely helpful during our tenancy tenure. If ever we had an issue, we could use their tenants portal to repot the matter, which would be recorded and actioned (subject to the landlord approval). This portal is very convenient and matters could be reported at anytime.”

Good advice, honest in their approach and worked together as a team to get our home of 23 years sold for the best possible price. We achieved a much greater sale price than the original valuation, a one day ‘open day’ and then a sealed bids, best and final offer, was their recommendation and it really paid off. “Having been through a long process to gain planning permission on our long-standing family home, we needed help from an agent to sell the property. Being a development plot, it was unlike a conventional sale as we were selling to development companies as opposed to private buyers. We were reassured that he would be working in our best interests, they answered all our questions honestly, helpfully and explained their proposed process.
