“Ordering, purchase, and shipment were flawless. My only complaint is with the product itself. To include everything except the device that plugs into the outlet to charge the battery seems negligent. That I have to make an additional purchase to make the heated jacket work isn't right. No fault of Red Tool Store, but of Milwaukee Tool.”
“Products are great, however from time of order to receipt seemed to be excessive. I would say that you should make your order about two weeks prior to needing what you ordered. Also FEDEX will put it in a bag and leave it in a tree at the end of your driveway if you live in the country.”
“Looking forward to using this tool. I had a issue with shipping and they handled it super fast. The only thing so fare is one of the batteries is not charging correctly but it could be the charger. Over all very happy so far.”
