“Everything has been great except the last package I received the box was destroyed. The contents were fine and everything was there. May have been shipping companies fault though.”
“My only real complaint involves a battery order I placed. The problem stems from Milwaukee warranty period determination. Three years from date of purchase OR from production date. Two of the batteries I received were current (within 3-4 months) production while the third battery production date was almost two years past. Since the order/shipping paperwork did not list battery serial number/production date, one of my brand new batteries only has 13 months of warranty vs 36 months for a supposedly new battery. There should be a better plan.”
