“Driver turned up , van was to small for chiller. I had to remove sections to get on the van. One star for turning up. Very poor service”

Hi Chris, sorry you felt that our service full below our usual high standards. Unfortunately our larger vehicle had to go into the garage so we had to send a van for the collection. Whilst the van we sent did ultimately take the unit, we had not expected it to weight over 400kg, hence the issues with loading. Thanks for your assistance in helping the driver remove the chiller.
