“I ordered a Galaxy S21 for my son however I got an email saying the order could not be fulfilled and instead I was offered an S22 for the same price. Needless to say I accepted. The phone arrived on time and is in perfect condition so both my son and I are very happy.”

“First time of buying a refurbed phone and was apprehensive tbh. I originally went to well known department store and had a chat with the young guy in there who said have you thought of a refurb? I said I had but was unsure! Anyway, decided to go for it and I'm really pleased with my new phone - it really is just like new and it was super easy to transfer all my info across. Knowing I'm paying less AND helping the environment a bit makes it all the more sweet! If you're hesitant, dont be, just go for it!”
