Hello, I am very disappointed to hear your feedback and saddened that you were unhappy with your order. This feedback isn't something we have had before on this product and I have taken this on board. The mills are hallmarked (seen in the photo) in England, this cannot be if this part is not solid silver. We will add the weights to the details tab to avoid future disappointment. Some silver mills can be very heavy - these are not quite the same so I recognise this is hard to understand when purchasing online. The other part of the mill outer is high quality acrylic, this is lightweight by nature. “I bought this frame for my daughter as part of her Christmas ( she highlighted to me that she liked it very much and would like one for one of her wedding photos) I wasn't so sure BUT on seeing it it's really beautiful and of great quality.
