“I would have given 5 for the friendly and very helpful response to my order and to the wonderful quality of the Georgiana sheet. The latter is absolutely superb to sleep in, probably the best I have tried, even better than many top French makes. The reason for the 4 is that delivery to Switzerland was by DHL and I did not know how to return the original order except through the Swiss postal service which was very expensive. After sending it, I had a telephone call from DHL asking for the time they could fetch the original order to return it! So there was some confusion somewhere.”

“Having bought some bath towels at El Corte Ingles in Lisbon on my recent trip to Portugal, I thought I'd like to get some more bath towels made in Portugal because they are really soft and velvelty to the touch. Through online search I was delighted to learn Rebecca Udall offered the type of bath towels I was looking for, so I quickly ordered two sets of Signature Georgian Bath Towel bundles to try out. The bath sheets are without doubt very soft and plush as I hoped, and I would have given them five starts had the pipings along the edges are done more merticulously than they are.”
