“Hi I love the shop and selection and the fact that you offer delivery. However, it will be best to inform the customer what time you planing to deliver. Usually the delivery arrives to us after 5pm which works for us as we are home, but last time I wasn’t home and delivery was left outside from 2pm until I was back 5pm which is not great especially with warmer days coming. Some food was already semi defrosted. Is there any chance the delivery can be set on special time or tracked please ?”

“Loved the selection online and the delivery was excellent. Great prices and I had two very happy fur kids. Decided to travel to the store. It was empty when I arrived but I knew it would soon get busy due to their amazing products. However I felt a hello from the staff or some acknowledgement to walking in would have been nice. I won't go back to the store and will continue to shop online. I have recommended to many already. Just the in store experience could have been better as even at the till the staff were engaging with each other rather than me. All products 10/10 Delivery 10/10 Pice 10/10 Selection of items 10/10 Ease of use of website 10/10 In store experience 3/10”

“This is a small business but I like small they are very personable and extremely helpful. Twice I have realised at 17:00 on a Saturday that I’m out of Raw food for the dogs called Emporium and they dropped my delivery on their way home. I do think they need to work on updating their website and food stocks I always purchase boxes of Durham minces and although I select a box of 15 it says out of stock, whereas when I select 15 items they’re in stock so it’s a tad confusing at times. That’s the only part of their business that needs to be tightened up. And they’re lovely people.”
