“Prompt response to my call; David dealt with my laptop issues efficiently and without making me feel like too much of an IT luddite. Issues I had are resolved.”

“Dave answered the phone, listened to my confusion, and offered to come out within two hours to our place near Kinross. He showed up even sooner and, despite my old-age confusion, soon got my printer working. Then he showed me how to clean up my over-stuffed email folder. The final touch was to find some folders I had lost--and then he showed me how to simplify my backup process so I would not keep losing folders. Dave combines courtesy and competence. He's a star!”
