“Order was delivered to the wrong site. Client really wasnt happy and we wasted a days wages. Please ensure this doesnt happen again. Paid for next day delivery so can we have a refund on delivery please.”

“Not made to measure! I filled in the order form stating the size that I wanted and that I was face fixing my curtains. ( I was face fixing to the door frame)strangely the maximum overlap was cheaper than the partial overlap, so I ordered that. Order arrived ( no instructions or advice)and I went to fit. The track was too long! So I cut it down to size. I went to hang the curtains to find that rather than a drop of 1.77m I have a drop of 1.83m (with the actual curtain being 1.8m) The overlap was only 1 hook not the recommended 2 hooks ( for the maximum overlap that i bought) I emailed the company and after many emails I was told that (to them) that face fixing means on the wall above the lintel and they make the curtains longer accordingly. NONE OF THIS IS STATED ANYWHERE IN THE WEBSITE. After explaining my frustration, explaining that i could not fit to my ARCHED lintel (and, frankly, going around in circles) the last email said that, in my case I would need to face fix to my door frame but I would need to cut the track down! My exact complaint in my first email. There has been no response to my comments that I ordered a particular size and received a completely different size other than to say why they decide to change the size. There has been no offer to replace the curtains with the Correct size! The overlap issue/question has totally been ignored. Extremely frustrated as I bought a pair "made to measure" and will now have to cut size. If I wanted to do that I would have bought a cheaper pair and did all the work myself!”
