“I’ve used Pure Planet Recycling a few times now and they’ve been brilliant every time. The whole process is really easy, from booking the collection, to the guys turning up, through to receiving the recycling certificate afterwards. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly, helpful and professional, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. It’s just a really smooth, hassle-free service from start to finish and I’d happily recommend them.”

“Service was booked and completed with very little friction. The driver that arrived was very pleasant, and nothing was too much trouble - we had a couple of extra pieces that we hadn't been quoted for that he was prepared to take away which really helped us out. Would definitely use again and recommend.”

“A great service. My only comment is that there was only one guy on the van to collect a large double door commercial fridge that was to tall to go under doors. Luckily I was on hand to help,however if Ihad not been it would have been an issue. Apart from that it was a good service.”

Thank you for the feedback and for taking the time to help the driver on the day; it was genuinely appreciated. We assessed this based on the information provided, which indicated there were no loading restrictions. This is why only one person was sent to load the fridge. We will double-check this going forward.
