“Service was booked and completed with very little friction. The driver that arrived was very pleasant, and nothing was too much trouble - we had a couple of extra pieces that we hadn't been quoted for that he was prepared to take away which really helped us out. Would definitely use again and recommend.”

“A great service. My only comment is that there was only one guy on the van to collect a large double door commercial fridge that was to tall to go under doors. Luckily I was on hand to help,however if Ihad not been it would have been an issue. Apart from that it was a good service.”

Thank you for the feedback and for taking the time to help the driver on the day; it was genuinely appreciated. We assessed this based on the information provided, which indicated there were no loading restrictions. This is why only one person was sent to load the fridge. We will double-check this going forward.

“Initial communication and overall service were good. Have only given 4 stars as I had provided an alternative contact to open the premises, which was acknowledged by your team. However, for whatever reason the pick-up team did not use this information and subsequently went to the local pub who were fortunately able to locate someone who could open the premises. The person I had given as a contact had no idea that the pick-up had taken place and remained on hold, waiting for a call.”
