“Initial communication and overall service were good. Have only given 4 stars as I had provided an alternative contact to open the premises, which was acknowledged by your team. However, for whatever reason the pick-up team did not use this information and subsequently went to the local pub who were fortunately able to locate someone who could open the premises. The person I had given as a contact had no idea that the pick-up had taken place and remained on hold, waiting for a call.”

“Had a fab experience with Pure Planet! Other companies were unwilling to help due to us having a smaller quantity of items to be destroyed but Pure Planet didn't let us down. The customer service provided by Kristina was wonderful! Very friendly, professional and pro-active. Collection was on time and the driver was lovely and helpful as well! Certificates were provided promptly and Kristina helped ensure the information we needed was on them. 10/10 would recommend and will reuse in future if we have more products to recycle.”
