“Initial communication and overall service were good. Have only given 4 stars as I had provided an alternative contact to open the premises, which was acknowledged by your team. However, for whatever reason the pick-up team did not use this information and subsequently went to the local pub who were fortunately able to locate someone who could open the premises. The person I had given as a contact had no idea that the pick-up had taken place and remained on hold, waiting for a call.”

“First time using pure planet and they couldn't have been more helpful, will use again if I have more fly tipping of fridges that the minority of the public think a field gateway is a drop off point for their waste”

“Had a fab experience with Pure Planet! Other companies were unwilling to help due to us having a smaller quantity of items to be destroyed but Pure Planet didn't let us down. The customer service provided by Kristina was wonderful! Very friendly, professional and pro-active. Collection was on time and the driver was lovely and helpful as well! Certificates were provided promptly and Kristina helped ensure the information we needed was on them. 10/10 would recommend and will reuse in future if we have more products to recycle.”

“Pure Planet Recycling provided an excellent service from start to finish. We needed to dispose of a number of fluorescent light panels, which are classed as hazardous waste, and their team made the entire process straightforward and fully compliant with our ISO accreditation requirements. From the first point of contact through to final collection, everything was prompt, professional, and highly efficient. We would highly recommend Pure Planet Recycling to anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable recycling partner.”
