“Dispatched wasn’t bad, delivery was poor, took nearly a week, had 3 days where it said it was supposedly “out for delivery” and never heard anything. Also some damage to the cat on the downpipe.”

“At the time of writing this review as yet I still haven’t received my side skirts for my car. I ordered them on 13th November. I don’t know what quality the parts are yet but their delivery is terrible”

Morning Christopher, We can understand the frustration on this one, we are equally disappointed. Your S3's side skirts were here and ready to leave the building the same day you ordered them. The UPS courier we chose to handle the consignment (of which we have a limited choice on being over 2 meters in lenght) have claimed logistical issues at their North West Hub for the delays collecting from us... I can see the parcel successfully left on Monday. As I'm sure you can appreciate, the shortfall in service wasn't at Progressive and we hope you'll take another look at 'our' company review once you receive the kit and get them fitted.
