“Very very poor customer service you don't hear back from them recording your order constantly emailing them and don't hear nothing but days after and still don't get it sorted”

“Ordered 2 parts from these guys 26th of June One part from their eBay store and one part from their own site. The part I ordered from eBay came straight away. Took my money for both items And only just got the second part today 4th of july. They seem not to hold stock and are just a middle man. There’s no phone number to contact them and got told due to sickness emails were being slow at being answered Constant emails asking for an update…. Wouldn’t use the again sadly Gave a lesser well know company a chance sadly just didn’t deliver”

“I've been waiting weeks for my parts. I have emailed yourselves and got a reply just before office closing hours and had no reply since. I have heard nothing but positive things but it seems to have been the complete opposite for me and I'm left renting a vehicle because I need the parts to fix my vehicle. 1 out of 10 from me”
