“I’ve ordered several parts from PP now and they have arrived either the next day or very quickly and never had to chase up where they are, they will notify you every step of the way of your order too. Ram air Turbo elbow and intake pipe Do88 turno Muffler delete Ram air panel filter Air intake blanking plate I have also called them for advice and they have always helped me put without an issue.”

“Been using progressive parts since modifying my mk7 gti pp, everything you need they have. You can rest be sure your paying for quality products I would recommend to anyone who's looking for parts or even have repairs done by them. They are 100% legit and most of all customer service is absolutely fantastic. I'm not just an ordinary character writing a review I've had my car modified by progressive parts with no issues whatsoever. For any enthusiasts out there I'm a mk7 gti owner here a few things I've had done/ bought by progressive parts. Dsg oil service new oil Resonater delete Dog bone mount supply and fit Stage 2 map racinline Racinline air intake Cobra sports cat downpipe Ravinline turbo elbow & muffler delete As any enthusiasts you will know the list goes on.. I give progressive parts 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆”

“Ordered a Ramair air filter for VW Golf, the website said it would be delivered for Tuesday, item dispatched same day ordered and then said Monday delivery. Item was actually delivered the next day so was 3 days earlier than stated. Would definitely recommend progressive parts and would definitely use them again”

“Slight delay in receiving my part, on placing my order I received a DPD conformation, two days later received a cancelled delivery. Communication was difficult as you can only email , no phone number available, very slow to respond but finally admitted part was out of stock, part arrived two weeks later. Part was perfect, well-made and fitted with no modifications required.”

Morning Ian, Thank you for your purchase and valuable feedback. We're glad the diffuser fits well and the GTI is looking awesome! We do advertise on all Rieger products that in the unfortunate event we don't have the part on the shelf here in the UK, import from Germany can take 2-3 weeks for shipment/customs clearing etc, so I'm glad we managed to meet that target in this instance. We understand the frustration regarding phone calls, as a business we've learnt a lot over the years and throughout lockdown... The fact remains, there's nothing somebody on the phone can do to assist quicker than messaging our Tracking/Dispatch team directly, because we're spread over multiple locations the phone support staff simply don't have access to the aquisition and import side of the business systems to give you any further information. Hope that helps explain our current processes. Hopefully we can help with future projects, best regards. Team PP

“If you love your car as much as your wife, there is only one place to take it for safe, professional and trusted upgrades. Mark has been above and beyond the level I expected from Progressive, he,s only focus is to get your car perfect, and this, he did. I wouldn't take it anywhere else now as i know this team know their onions, Audi,s and much more. 100% recomend this company. Iv been here for both Revo stage 2 then Raceline stage 3, full Scorpion cat-back and 3" downpipe, Revo induction kit, intercooler, Raceline stage 3 turbo and high pressure fuel pump. Its running at about 480-500 bhp and feels like 1,000...... Animal.”
