“My experience could not have been better: I was let down by another company and ended up needing a number of parts for a mapping session the next day. Initially I was worried as there was no phone number to call. However, I sent them a message online and got an almost immediate response. I exchanged a number of emails with a chap called Simon and was told I'd get everything the next day. I even ended up calling and swapping an item later that day (completely my fault, I ordered the wrong bit) and they still somehow managed to get everything to me the next day. They will be my first port of call for all parts in future. Thanks Progressive Parts”

“I had a Beta Stage 1 on my Tiguan Allspace, courtesy of Racingline. It was part of their Beta test programme at the end of 2022. Roll on til recently and I decided I wanted to flash the full release onto the 245PS ea888.4 so after contacting Ben at Racingline, decided to go the self flash route using the Racingline PDM. After some searching I combined the purchase of the PDM with an IOPEDAL, to boots throttle response and for the added security (it can disable the pedal until you unlock it). Ben at Racingline spoke to Mark at Performance parts about a non charge for the latest Stage 1, which was all sorted flawlessly. Registered the app, plugged it all in and within 10 minutes, I had an extra 10BHP , and the fully supported/released version installed. Combined with the throttle pedal it's transformed the drivetrain into a powerful cruiser. It can frighten Golf Rs away from the lights and while it'll never compete winding it's way around B roads, it'll show them a clean pair of heels the rest of the time. Thanks to Performance Parts and Racingline making this a smooth and painless process. Incredibly happy with the outcome”

“This review is based on my shop visit and fitting on November 2023. Great set of lads and always willing to answer any questions. Made me feel welcome when fitting parts and provided a satisfactory and comfortable waiting area. Mark and Ben also welcomed me and mark also came to speak to about the car when left and had a quick chat which was nice and wished me safe journey back. Recently ordered a full set of ebc blue brake pads and was cheaper than ebc direct and also great Competitive pricing on other products.”
