“At the time of writing this review as yet I still haven’t received my side skirts for my car. I ordered them on 13th November. I don’t know what quality the parts are yet but their delivery is terrible”

Morning Christopher, We can understand the frustration on this one, we are equally disappointed. Your S3's side skirts were here and ready to leave the building the same day you ordered them. The UPS courier we chose to handle the consignment (of which we have a limited choice on being over 2 meters in lenght) have claimed logistical issues at their North West Hub for the delays collecting from us... I can see the parcel successfully left on Monday. As I'm sure you can appreciate, the shortfall in service wasn't at Progressive and we hope you'll take another look at 'our' company review once you receive the kit and get them fitted. “Very happy with the vag sport res delete for my mk7.5 GTI. Progressive parts were very responsive and kept me up to date the whole way through. One note I will say is, when the part arrived. It had a different model number on the enclosed invoice compared to the website. All that said, I’ll certainly be ordering some more parts from them soon!”

“I chose Progressive Parts over other competitors due to their customer service. After contacting PP and other suppliers, the service I received from PP felt unconditional, many times as a consumer it feels like you don’t receive full service until funds have been exchanged. This is not the case with PP. From exchange of several emails concerning different topics, and a couple of phone calls over a few weeks I knew that PP cared about their customers. This is the reason I spent nearly £1000 in my first of now many transactions with PP, and will return for other performance parts for my VW. Customer service has been restored one bit more thanks to you guys.”
