“Bought my Scorpion cat-back Valved exhaust from here last week for my MK3 Focus RS, nice 5% discount on my first order which doesn't sound like much but when the exhaust is over £1000 it makes a nice difference. Delivery was spot on and the system has totally transformed the car what used to be little pops are now bangs and the tone when you are just driving alone is really nice and then you put your foot down and it becomes an animal definitly made the right choice going for scorpion and I'd advise anyone else in my position to do so what a difference!”

“I ordered this kit on a Sunday night with standard delivery it arrived Tuesday early afternoon, I got back to work a 1500 by 1530 the kit was fitted, I'm no technician but this was made so easy to fit thanks to full colour instructions, This is what you expect from ordinary online companies but rarely receive fortunately Progressive Parts are anything but ordinary, they do care about customer service and the complete shopping/fitting experience. I cannot recommend them highly enough, 5* all the way”

“The guys at Progressive Parts/VAG Manchester are my go to choice for servicing and tuning products for my Cupra Formentor as they were for my previous Cupra 290 Stage 1. There is a reason I travel 130 miles and that is the brilliant levels of workmanship, customer service and brand knowledge together with a real sense that they care about your car and your plans for it. Their new premises in Reddish are top quality and a definite step up from the previous ones, comfortable seats, viewing areas and complimentary coffee and ice cold drinks on a scorching Manchester day. The new premises give a mean dealer plus level of service and feel whilst retaining the personal touch at labour and parts rates significantly lower than said main dealer. I will definitely be back there for my next upgrade, it is great to see the 5 star service continuing.”

“I’ve used Progressive Parts many times for several different cars, because they always seem to have the stuff I want at a competitive price, and they’ve always proved to be reliable. The shipping is usually fast, and the customer service is usually great if there’s ever a problem. I’d highly recommend most of the parts and brands they sell. My only criticism is that shipping is expensive, it should be free especially for “loyal” customers who make regular purchases, or for expensive orders. The ONLY reason I sometimes buy the same products elsewhere is be to save money on shipping, as it often works out cheaper than buying direct from Progressive. The Progressive Parts website in general could be much more intuitive. The ability to save my vehicle on the website would be useful, it’s annoying that I have to reselect it every time I use the website.”
