“No emails and no product arrived.”

Hello Lauren, I can see your order was delivered on Saturday after a delay due to Royal Mail strikes. This is beyond our control unfortunately. Our system sends out emails when your order ships with your tracking number. Please check your spam folder Its sad to see a one star review for something we could not control as on normal service days customers get their orders the next day.
