“Was very happy with the service, through my own mistake I ordered a printer that was out of stock. Rather than just send an e-mail or make me wait for the printer, the guys at Printerland actually called me. They explained the situation. Then asked me questions about why a chose that printer in particular, and then knowing my needs helped to chose another one, and made sure I got it next day delivery. Now a days people don't bother about that kind of service. Its nice to see companies that still value the customer.”

“I have purchased from printerland before and had excellent service after many years is my old printer has given up the ghost so I have just purchased a oki 532 DN which I have have been using for the last couple of days and I'm very pleased with it”
