“I have dealt with Printerland for a number of years now and have always found them most helpful. Their next day delivery is usually successful, sometimes this is very important. I am always able to speak to the same person each time I order, and he always helps as much as he can.”

“This is the fourth time I've used Printerland to buy a new printer and on each occasion I've been fortunate enough to receive excellent buying advice and a fast service. Although I do generally prefer to place my orders online without wasting time making a phone call, Printerland is one of the companies I always call because their team have consistently found me a better deal and choice of printer than the one I had selected. This is always very appreciated!”

“Printerland has been an amazing company to deal with, the customer service is amazing, i get prompt replies to all e mails and telephone calls, always speak to somebody and get a response and if they cant help me they point me in the correct direction and the best person to speak with. I have Mainly dealt with Luke purely from the point of view he helped with the ordering of our new printer making sure it was correct for our companies needs. He has also been on hand with any questions, even the stupid ones. He is an asset to Printerland and i would highly recommend them to anyone purchasing printers or supplies from them or any off their products.”

“As well as offering an exceptionally broad range of printers at unbeatable prices, Printerland has to have the BEST customer support team I have ever encountered, responding to questions I had regarding certain printers with a very quick response time making sure I got around to choosing the perfect printer within an hour of me submitting my initial query. In particular, I'd like to give a special mention to both Matthew and Luke for their A* service. And on top of that, the delivery was rather fast too!”
