“I have been using Printerland for years, both in my previous workplace and now in my current workplace as the service is so good. I have bought printers from them and ink cartridges. I am in the Highlands and find delivery to be quick. I have never been let down by them in all the years I have been using them. Great service, I would recommend them.”

“The website was easy to use and I very much enjoyed the comparison feature that allowed me to see, in great detail, the pros and cons of various printers for my small business. Purchased and came very quickly and continues to be a dream to use. I particularly liked the personal touch of having a member of customer support drop me a line and see that everything had arrived okay. Matthew also supported me in setting up my warranty for the printer which was very helpful. Should I require further printers or printing support in the future, I would very happily come back to Printerland.”

“Had it for less than a week but so far it's so much better than the 7710 which I was using previously (and shall continue to use for A3 work). The print speed in Duplex is phenominal and, after creating 20 A5 manual to date, it still hasn't mis-fed once! Having said that, I recall when I bought my first 7710 over 6 years ago (I've had 4), it was greatly superior to the Brother it replaced. Improving Tech works! Since buying the printer I've added an extra paper cassette which, astoundingly, AUTO-SELECTS paper size between A4 & A5. Life is wonderful!”

“Ordering simple enough - Description described well - Printer delivered next working day - All intact - well packaged. Ordered a Epsom ET 2862 my only gripe was installation instructions could have been better but that was Epsom not Printerland - Took a long time to set up was not straightforward Which would have been made easier with better instruction.”

“Recently started to use Printerland after moving from a leased printer to purchased. Delivery of the printer was prompt, couple of days. Appreciated notification there was an issue with a missing part of the delivery before we noticed it and it was already on its way separately. Appreciated the hands on approach from an online retailer. Subsequently ordered some toner for the printer, again arrived promptly plus received follow up contact to ensure all OK. The personal touch makes a big difference just ordering "online", you know there are "approachable" people behind the website to contact in the event of a problem. Will be using again for future printer and related requirements.”
