“Spoke to someone over the phone to order our products and was advised to order the larger size as these were better value for money. Products arrived promptly. However it is not always clear what your pricing structure is so that is why I did not rate you as very good.”

“I needed new toner and drum for my office printer. I found the right one and it was very easy to order and pay for it. Added Bonus was it was delivered the next day.”

“Ordering online was easy. The information and detail describing the printer was very informative which helped to select the correct printer for my needs and once the order was placed, I was contacted to check that the printer would satisfy my needs. It arrived on the day specified and there have been no problems.”

“Generally enjoy using the website. Only slight frustration is sometimes card payments fail for no particular reason and then a call is required to sort it out even though card payment is the same each time.”

“Easy to order, received a courtesy call to ensure the printer ordered matched my needs. Next day delivery as promised and a follow up email to make sure I was happy with the service. Haven't installed the printer itself yet but no issues with the service from printerland at all.”

“I've had a really good experience with Printerland. The printer I purchased was cheaper on this website, which is always a good start. There was a little bit of a mix up initially with the employees confusing a discount code I found online, assuming I purchased a printer that has already been opened, but after a quick explanation, this was sorted without issue. I wouldn't have known about their mistake had they not reached out to me to confirm my order, so I really appreciate that. Not only did they call me, but they emailed me when I failed to answer the call. It did stress me out a little, mostly because I was due to go into work an hour later and couldn't get through to them via phone call for some reason, but the employees were all super helpful with surprisingly fast email responses, faster than some online chats! So that relieved my stress a little. I'd definitely consider purchasing something from this website again, should the need arise. I've had no problems so far with the printer, though I still need to try it out with the reason I purchased it - foiling! I'll definitely be leaving a review on the printer itself once I've had time to test its ability to foil.”
