“Excellent service. We placed an order online and a few minutes later received a call to make sure we were aware of other printer options which were the same specs but cheaper to run and a better price up front. We changed our order, super fast delivery, well packaged and we very pleased with the new printer.”

“Today I contacted Customer Service as my new Xerox printer was 2 months out of warranty and was not able to connect to my 3 year-old Mac. (I had spent an hour searching internet help sites and had been very rudely refused help by Xerox) An 'informal' call from Matthew asked if the problem lay not with the Mac or printer but with the new BT router transmitting not only on 2.4 GhZ but also 5 Ghz which subsequently I chose to disable, whereupon Matthew had also sent me a helpful link to the latest Xerox drivers, so within 5 minutes of talking to Printerland - everything was working again!”

“I CAN NOT FAULT THE SERVICE RECEIVED FROM PRINTERLAND WHENEVER I ORDER, I ALWAYS RECEIVE THE ORDER THE NEXT DAY, THE GUYS ARE ALL VERY PLEASANT AND EASY TO DEAL WITH, VERY EFFICIENT ALWAYS. THEY WILL ALWAYS SEND YOU AN EMAIL TO CHECK THE ORDER BEFORE ITS SENT SO IT CAN BE CHECKED BEFORE DESPATCHING. CAN NOT FAULT THEM.”

“Very helpful, we had problems with our printer and were advised to contact printerland for cartridges and toners. We received delivery the very next day in the morning. Everyone we dealt with on the telephone and via email was extremely helpful.”
