“Really great experience with Printerland. Delivery was super quick and exactly when they said it would arrive. Price was one of the best I found as well. Everything worked straight out of the box with no hassle, which is always a win. What I liked most though was that they actually followed up afterwards to check everything was good with the order – you don’t really see that much anymore. I like dealing with a company that is clearly people behind it rather than just feeling like I am dealing with some corporate entity. I am confident that if i have any issues they would support me. Would definitely buy from them again. Thanks Printerland team!”

“The website was easy touse and I found the parts I required for my printer very easily. The parts were ordered over the Easter Holidays so I did not expect them to turn up the first day after the holidays. The whole order from start to finish exceeded my expectations.”

“Setting up a new office and with overwhelming choice and buying resources out there Printerland stood out for clear information, ability to compare how options stack up in terms of up front and longer term cost on ink etc. I appreciated good and prompt service and follow up reminder to register warranty, as well as discount to apply to a future order. All round great experience - thank you.”

“I hadn't used my deskjet printer for some weeks when my Grandson said he needed some prints for his homework. No problem I said give me the files and I'll get them done. Hitting the print button revelaved that thhe printer was low on. ink. I got staight on to Printerland and they saved my bacon getting the cartridges I needed to me to urgently to get the job done. Prompt service from Printerland saved the day, Gandad and Grandson very happy. Thank you.”

“I have used Printerland for many years now and have found the service faultless every time. I recieved an email reminding me that the cartridge on our printer was soon to run out (which it was, but I hadn't noticed). The email provided a link to the correct cartridge for my printer with discount codes and I placed the order in a matter of seconds. So easy and quick, and as promised I recieved the order the next day complete with invoice. As I said, faultless.”

“What can I say, needed a new colour laser multi function printer, so did the usual trawl of the net and settled on Brother unit. Printerland prices were good so I took the plunge. Had no real idea of the quality of service that they offered, but I must say that the service standard has been outstanding. The care and attention to the delivery process and the simple phone call to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase. What a breath of fresh air in this modern world, they deserve your custom and I wish them every success.”

“I've been using Printerland for a while now, I've got a high end printer and a more everyday mono laser printer and both have been excellent, and the subsequent supply of toner Customer care and advice on buying the printer was excellent, the intial advice on the high end printer saved me a lot of time and money”

“My old colour laser printer died mid-afternoon. I found a perfect replacement at printerland.co.uk at a significantly better price than anywhere else, and including free next day delivery. I ordered the new printer at 4pm, and less than 24 hours afther the old one packed in, the new printer had been delived, was unboxed and running. You can't ask for much more than that. I'm very happy with the company's service and communication.”
